Jared Perry makes taking your car in for service so easy! This is my second Countryman from this dealership and everyone I have worked with has been great, particularly Jarid in the service dept. I have worked with him for years and he always goes out of his way to give me and any customer the best he can. Efficient and courteous and respectful and the nicest! What more is there to say! Except that the loaner car he gave me was a 2017 Countryman, the next car I am getting! More

Treated w/ Utmost Respect & Kindness I have had several maintenance appointments over the years and my interactions with staff members has been good. However, this time Rachel helped me I have had several maintenance appointments over the years and my interactions with staff members has been good. However, this time Rachel helped me and I can say her level of customer care is the best I have ever received. She made me her top priority when I was in front of her. I was waiting for an early morning oil change and she suggested the complimentary shuttle service to a local restaurant for breakfast. Her timing on my transportation to/from the restaurant was perfect. She even offered to put my home keys back on my fob when I checked out. Her attitude, positive language, and constant smile made my visit the best one yet. Even though I didn't buy my MINI at the Portland location, I continue to receive great service. Rachel, thank you for making this experience an awesome one for me! More

Poor Customer Service I scheduled my oil change nearly a week in advance with Dana, gave her all of my information and told her I was new to the area and asked if she could I scheduled my oil change nearly a week in advance with Dana, gave her all of my information and told her I was new to the area and asked if she could pull up my warranty and maintenance information from my previous dealer. She was to reach me with any issues, never received a call. I called back a day or so in advance to double check that all was good to go with my oil change being covered, spoke to Brian. He said that he had could not see where anything had been requested over, again he said he would get it taken care of and call if any issues. Still no call and assuming that all was good I show up to the dealer and NOPE...zero follow through from either person!!! Then Ken was going to have Brian speak to me when he arrived NOPE still had to go search out Brian for answers and there were none, except, sorry we dropped the ball! WAY to go guys! I think I would rather drive to another state than ever deal with you again! I purchased the extended warranty and maintenance and in the end my oil change that should have been covered still cost me $80.00 NOT OK! More
