Bradley O'Neil Was so knowledgeable on all aspects of the car to where I could have trust and she has a great personality. The test drive was fun with the mini and Bradley provided me with brochure and encouraged me to online create my car, a few weeks later after building the car she reviewed it with me and I hit the go button to order mini my way. When the car arrived and was ready for me again Bradley did a great job of welcoming me back to the dealership and DJ made the financial and closing of the deal very pleasant. Steve was there making sure I had plenty of time for questions and signing. All three worked with me after closing to make sure I got to drive Miss Mini home that night. More

Brandon was so courteous to call me with updates on the progress. I enjoyed every second of each experience I had from test driving, financing and even the sad day I had to have it towed in. Just in for some basic service, but was treated great I was in for a brief scheduled appointment to do a no-charge power-steering recall, but left (earlier than expected) with a car that had been washed, I was in for a brief scheduled appointment to do a no-charge power-steering recall, but left (earlier than expected) with a car that had been washed, vacuumed, and had a minor bit of cosmetic trim put back into place. All for no charge. What's not to love?? More
