Friendly, courteous, customer service oriented I came in for service work for my MINI Cooper S. Jarid Perry exemplifies the perfect service advisor! Friendly, courteous, customer service oriented! He carefully listens to customers and ensures whatever service needs are met for them! In my case they needed my MINI for a couple days to diagnose the cold start issue, coming from Eugene there was no way for me to go without a car for a few days. Jarid offered a wonderful loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop and contacted me as soon as they were able to diagnose and resolve the problem. When I went to pick it up he spent time to explain what work was done. He is my "go to guy" when I need answers about my MINI! More
