When my MINI's longstanding overheating problem proved difficult to resolve, he personally became involved, listened carefully to my my expectations. When my MINI's longstanding overheating problem proved difficult to resolve, he personally became involved, listened carefully to my concerns, involved his senior foreman, and made sure the car received the additional time and testing necessary to get to the bottom of the issue. Months later, my MINI is still running with no overheating, even on long drives with the A/C running.
