Ever since I purchased my CPO Cooper S back in 2022 from Mini of Ramsey, I've had multiple service appointments for various reasons. Scheduling has always been a blast with a courtesy loaner and my service Mini of Ramsey, I've had multiple service appointments for various reasons. Scheduling has always been a blast with a courtesy loaner and my service advisors Dan and Mark have always prioritized my convenience while keepings me informed in a respectful and prompt manner. As with probably all dealerships, the prices are not the cheapest but they're still comparable and it comes with a hassle-free Mini guarantee. Buying a car is always easy but keeping a customer happy with a 5 star service is an ongoing effort people at Mini of Ramsey apparently take very seriously. Thank you all, from sales and service to the last person at the front desk. More

The dealer fixed my two soft ware glitches. Plus through inspection, they found tire rot on right front. Also they did an antifreeze flush, added a new tire, balanced wheel, and did an alignmen Plus through inspection, they found tire rot on right front. I'm very happy getting my twelve year old Mini Cooper back in great shape. My only small complaint: I just wish they were a little less expensive. More
