Abe, the General Manager, went beyond his responsibility and did a free repair on my car (although it was out of warrantees for this particular issue).. He prides himself on the positive responses from his customers, and is building relationships and gaining trust. I had a terrific salesman, Robert, who was always responsive to my needs and concerns.. And Joe the Service Manager was great.. smart, great communicator and skill.. He easily diagnosed the problem. Also a small point is the coffee is good and the bathrooms are immaculate.. like a fancy hotel. I was stunned when told my car was being detailed after the repair.. I live in Ct and am considering bringing my car to Prestige Mini of Ramsey.. They are so superior to the Dealership I visited in Ct ... I am not suggesting you will get a free repair, but you will get an honest and comprehensive response to your car service needs. and you will feel well cared for.... highly unusual in a dealership.
