They did what they were supposed to do. I was never notified about this or any other recall. I found out about this one on my own. Will not use service center or purchase a car at Mini Ramsey Last year I was at Mini of Ramsey looking to replace my 2010 Mini with a newer model. My experience with sales rep. Dan Vieldhouse was great. Unfortun Last year I was at Mini of Ramsey looking to replace my 2010 Mini with a newer model. My experience with sales rep. Dan Vieldhouse was great. Unfortunately, I was not able to finalize a purchase at that time. The situation has changed and I am now in the market to purchase again. Unfortunately, after the recent experience my mechanic had with my 2010 Mini at your Service Dept., I will not consider purchasing a vehicle from Mini of Ramsey, nor will I use you for parts or service.
