Very pleasant service experience Dropped of my recently delivered Clubman S for an issue with the automatic windshield wipers. I was given a loaner and told they would call me later Dropped of my recently delivered Clubman S for an issue with the automatic windshield wipers. I was given a loaner and told they would call me later in the day after the diagnosis was done. Turned out to be a defective rain sensor and the part would be in the following day. I was called early the next morning that the car was ready and would be washed and ready for me to get in about an hour. Joe and everyone else were very pleasant to deal with More

Job Well Done! My wife's MINI Cooper S was in for a defective rear fog lamp issue, which ended up costing very little to remedy, but the service tech's discovered a My wife's MINI Cooper S was in for a defective rear fog lamp issue, which ended up costing very little to remedy, but the service tech's discovered a significant series of oil leaks at the oil filter housing and the turbocharger oil feed tube. Tube and gaskets needed to be replaced, as did a cracked drive belt. All work was performed in a timely manner, and we were given a 2018 Cooper S hardtop 4-door as a loaner which was wonderful for a few days (not as wonderful as our own beloved MINI, of course.) Nick was my main p.o.c. for this work, and he was polite, accommodating, and professional. I have been doing business with this dealership for nearly 8 years and will continue to bring our Cooper for any significant labor like this. Best wishes to all! More
