I drive four hours, round trip, to have my JCW serviced at Mini of Ramsey. Sometimes that commute can be longer, and if necessary, will need to be done twice, depending upon the level of service needed and at Mini of Ramsey. Sounds like an awful lot of motoring just to get a car servicing done, right? But . . . it's worth it!!!! Not one time have I had a negative experience with Mini of Ramsey, which is not something most people can write when speaking of their dealerships. From start to finish the entire team is impressive, from the ease of booking appointments online, to the exemplary service received from all members of the service/maintenance team. Each time I am at Mini of Ramsey I am more impressed about the integrity of the dealership, in both the staff and services. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and the costs are very fair. For all your Mini motoring needs, Ramsey is where you want to be. More

My countryman car needed recheck for misfires, and I took the Vihecule to Mini of Ramsey and, after six hours of waiting. They claim that the issue was fixed. They made me sign a piece of paper and set me wi the Vihecule to Mini of Ramsey and, after six hours of waiting. They claim that the issue was fixed. They made me sign a piece of paper and set me with a higher Bill $$$. Three days later, the same issue again. I took the car back to them, and the supervisor assured me that they had taken care of the problem and the vehicle is running fine, but a day later, the same issue was again. This time I took the car to another Mechanic who changed the Sparx plug, and now the car is running fine, but the staff at Mini of Ramsey are only interested in squeezing every possible penny out of you. They are a bunch of unreliable, unscrupulous fly-by-night who cannot be trusted. More
