Always great service. Repair was done on time and was no inconvenience at all. Parts were not available when we came in for our appointment. Service signed us out a loaner during the waiting period. Had my mini s in for its first oil change and thank you for taking it in on the same day as scheduling the appointment. Just amazed at this dealership , everyone in this place are so professional and they all work like clock work . We called for service like 2 days before and requested a loaner car, when we arrived our loan are so professional and they all work like clock work . Second time was a charm. Problems that weren’t resolved the 1st the car was in were taken care of. Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic the 1st the car was in were taken care of. Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic that my care does not have a particular feature (it does). Also, video inspection gave a perfect view of a white pick up truck & a very slight view of the side back panel of my car. Whoever took the video wasn’t paying attention. Waste of time sending it to me! Mr Sanchez & Mr Patti deserve 5 stars for customer service. More
