I brought my Countryman in for service and the original visit didn't solve the issue. I wasn't a happy client, but Mark, Ryan and team, were patient with me. They took the necessary time to find out what the problem was and insured everything was working prior to me getting my Mini back. And when I did, I was a happy Mini owner again. Even if there is a problem they always find a solution. They have been super reliable and that is why i continue to go there for my service. Thank You. More
The service department has gotten better, the professionalism is noticeable . The quality of work overall is better. The check in process was easy, updates were provided. Upset that the system was not reset - still says 01/2021 3000 miles (has been this since early 2020) even though the work was performed. This is my second mini and I have always had wonderful service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Mark in service went out of his way to follow up on a call I had made to him regardin service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming.
