I brought my Countryman in for service and the original visit didn't solve the issue. I wasn't a happy client, but Mark, Ryan and team, were patient with me. The service department has gotten better, the professionalism is noticeable . The quality of work overall is better. The check in process was easy, updates were provided. Upset that the system was not reset - still says 01/2021 3000 miles (has been this since early 2020) even though the work was performed. This is my second mini and I have always had wonderful service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Mark in service went out of his way to follow up on a call I had made to him regardin service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming.
