A well known cynic, I approach my need to visit dealership service departments with a grain of salt. My experience at MINI of Ramsey allayed my fears and trepidation, for Mark, Ysrael and Hassan ma dealership service departments with a grain of salt. They all are so very knowledgeable and personable, and easily explained things which needed explaining. They did an awesome job, and I couldn’t be more pleased!
