Predictable & reliable I was due for standard oil change + brake flush service plus my tires were a mess from all of the NYC potholes. My service agent kept me consistently updated and worked with the insurance company to ensure that my replacement tires were covered. Pleasure to work with these folks - true professionals. More

Good service experience - Ryan Patti Took my car in without an appointment because a check engine light came on. Ryan was able to fit us in and said the car would be fixed as quickly as they could. Once the diagnostics was done Ryan explained in very clear terms what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. When I went to pick up the car he even arranged for someone to pick me up from the train station. That to us is service above and beyond. If you ever have any issues see if you can speak with Ryan, he will sort you out. More

Disappointing First Service Experience I leased my Countryman from a dealership in Mt. Laurel, but came to Ramsey for my first service appt. I dealt with Joe mainly, who I would not deal wi I leased my Countryman from a dealership in Mt. Laurel, but came to Ramsey for my first service appt. I dealt with Joe mainly, who I would not deal with again. From the time I walked in, he spoke to me like I was stupid. Not a good first impression. I dropped my car off at 10AM to check something with the sideview mirrors. I didn't hear from him all day, so I called him at 3PM to see what was going on. He said they couldn't figure anything out and it was sitting in the parking lot. I told him I needed to come pick the car up soon - they had had it for 5 hours and initiated no contact from me - and he said they would look at it again and he'd call me back. Still no phone call. I called again at 4PM and he acted irritated that I continued to call and said they still didn't find anything wrong. I came to pick the car up, he was extremely short with me and called a tech to the front to explain to me "how the mirrors worked, in case I just didn't know." He never said thank you, I never got a handshake, he just walked away. Really poor first experience. More
Ryan is the best and the reason I return regularly. He is honest, goes out of his way to provide good service and not over sell things that the customer doesn’t need.
