Friendly, Accommodating, Reasonable Even it was only an oil change this time ($85), they treated me with the same respect as if I am spending $1500 for a service. They found a plastic cap broken and called me and asked before changing the $7 part. They changed the coolant fluid without any charge after I told them that my daughter topped it off with water this summer. And they washed the car ! With all that I prefer an authorized MINI dealer over any other service station, even with a 2006 MINI. More
NEVER disappointed when I deal with Prestige Mini I received a "message" on my dashboard that I thought was important enough to make an appointment for my Mini to be seen. Once again due to MY erro I received a "message" on my dashboard that I thought was important enough to make an appointment for my Mini to be seen. Once again due to MY error, and lack of understanding, NOTHING was wrong as I misunderstood the direction. Got to the dealership at 7:45 AM and was greeted by RYAN PATTI. After I explained what I thought was the problem, RYAN entered my description into the computer and then...…. we had a good laugh as ONCE AGAIN, I misread the dash. RYAN is SO GOOD at what he does, he managed to tell me what was wrong without pointing out MY mistake. And to ease my concern, RYAN had my car checked out anyway... So off to the lounge I went and as more often then not,, my salesperson RUBY KING showed up. I've dealt with RUBY with each of the 3 Minis I've leased at Prestige and she's always a welcomed sight. I explained the "error" of my ways" and then WE had a good laugh! So all in all, PRESTIGE and the folks I am lucky enough to deal with ... NEVER DISAPPOINT !! More
