great experience I called service rep Ryan Patti because my 2 door hardtop S was having air conditioning problem. Ryan gave me a next day appointment (which I requeste I called service rep Ryan Patti because my 2 door hardtop S was having air conditioning problem. Ryan gave me a next day appointment (which I requested). He had a loner waiting for me and after complimentary coffee and a bagel I left. He later called me telling me it was a leaky hose that was the problem and the would be ready next day. I picked it up Saturday morning (Ryan was not working that day). It was covered under warranty, no charge. After coffee and a bagel I drove off. Ryan was an excellent service rep, a real gentleman and professional. By the way, the loner was a Countrymen, and I was so impressed with that car. Anyone looking for a crossover should definitely look at a Countryman. More

Quick and pleasant I stopped into the service center because of an issue with the chrome around my headlight. Awesome Aide Had a sudden drop in tire pressure which was the result of a nail in the tire. Had all tires checked for safety.
