I always rave about how seamless it is to bring my car in. This time I came in for a damaged windshield (cracked)instead of going to an off brand for replacement. Ryan was very informative. He told me exactly what it would cost and how to submit it to my insurance company. When I picked up my car and saw that Mini charges $750 for labor on a $1,118.75 service, I was dumbfounded. And then to get in my car and see four full-sized handprints on , i thought to myself, $750 doesn't get me a few mists of windex and a wipe or two on the new windshield?!? I agreed to the windshield replacement but I had no idea that two-thirds of the cost was labor. I should've asked. But the handprints... More

Poor service I took my pre-owned certified vehicle for service, turned out that leaks are not covered by the pre-owned certified coverage, but knowing that factory I took my pre-owned certified vehicle for service, turned out that leaks are not covered by the pre-owned certified coverage, but knowing that factory warranty had expired took the car in because no one knows anything about what is covered and charged me $176.00 for diagnostics and wanted almost $600.00 to fix it. Management was only able to tell me to call Mini, when I called Mini I was told that the dealer should have been able to work with me. I do not recommend them at all. Management is only good to convince you to buy, but they basically ignore you when there is a problem. Elias Gutierrez More

Always a great experience I came to MINI of Ramsey last year when I moved to Hawthorne. I've come for a few oil changes and I had an issue with my center display at one point. I came to MINI of Ramsey last year when I moved to Hawthorne. I've come for a few oil changes and I had an issue with my center display at one point. Every time I visit, it's always a pleasant experience. I moved again and Morristown MINI is closer to home so I decided to give them a try. NOPE! Not the same experience AT ALL! I came back to MINI of Ramsey this past weekend. I don't care how far it is; it's worth the drive! Thanks so much! More
