Much better than I thought Day before hit a bad pothole , next day tire light came on was heading to a appointment , Felt car wasn’t driving right when I got there saw a nice Day before hit a bad pothole , next day tire light came on was heading to a appointment , Felt car wasn’t driving right when I got there saw a nice hole in my tire and smoke was coming out and panicked .. Called my great salesman Terry Glattman and asked for help,he directed me immediately to Joe in the service department where I was told I could drive the short distance in my car since I had run flats.. they took me right away , replaced the tire and even found time to do a small upcoming service so in about 1 1/4 hrs I was done and on my way very happy and everything was accomplished !!! More

Joe Did everything to help me out. I loved dealing with Joe Frasco. He is friendly and accommodating and was willing to explain my CPO Warranty information.
