no flat FLAT My wife blew out the front left tire on her way to work on 1/2/19. at 6AM in the Montclair Area of NJ. She did drive the car to her work location about 7 miles one the rim. i reached out to Mini Roadside and arranged for the car to be taken to Ramsey Mini. after a variety of issues with the Wappingers Falls, I spoke with Mark and arranged for the tire to be replaced and the Car returned t My Wife's location. additionally, Mark checked into my account and warranties and reveled that I had a 36/3 extended service agreement, which the Wappingers Falls Dealership should have knowned, since I purchased the car their. I mention this because I had to have the front breaks replaced on 12/31/18, with only 15000 miles on the car, and was charged $607.00 for the repair. needless to We will have our Mini serviced with mark from now on. Also, They drove our Mini nto My wife work at no charge as well! That's How you Treat A Customer. Thank you More

Abe, the General Manager, went beyond his responsibility and did a free repair on my car (although it was out of warrantees for this particular issue).. He prides himself on the positive responses from his customers, and is building relationships and gaining trust. I had a terrific salesman, Robert, who was always responsive to my needs and concerns.. And Joe the Service Manager was great.. smart, great communicator and skill.. He easily diagnosed the problem. Also a small point is the coffee is good and the bathrooms are immaculate.. like a fancy hotel. I was stunned when told my car was being detailed after the repair.. I live in Ct and am considering bringing my car to Prestige Mini of Ramsey.. They are so superior to the Dealership I visited in Ct ... I am not suggesting you will get a free repair, but you will get an honest and comprehensive response to your car service needs. and you will feel well cared for.... highly unusual in a dealership. More
