Worth the trip! Ryan at MINi Ramsey NJ is awesome 😎. He is always pleasant and attentive. I am alittle OCD. Good but. I was happy for the service. Ryan was super nice, and the one - unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he helped to fix my car - was very nice as we I was happy for the service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was when I paid for my service with cash, the woman at the cashier said I would need to pay exact amount. I didn't have a change so I asked her if I could split between cash and card.. she said she couldn't, because it would be too complicated, and she also said people never paid in cash..... well I ended up paying with cash, because she eventually found some changes at the counter... but I was wondering why would you say the credit card only, if you don't want to accept a cash? More

replaced Flywheel and Clutch I had to replace my flywheel and clutch on my 2009 cooperS, that only had 30k miles. you can imagine my surprise. I've always driven manuals and never had to replace a clutch. I've herd many people have the same issue and shame on BMW MINI division for not putting good parts. never the less the Ramsey service department was wonderful helping me with a serious and expensive decision. Joe in service was understanding and very patient as I'm trying to decide. he and Max the service manager even told me of a service special going on. They use original mini parts, guarantee the work for two years unlimited milage, parts and labor. I had a loaner while the car was being fixed and they did it all in two days. I was very satisfied with Joe and Max, I was kept informed regularly of the progress. Thank you to Joe and Max for all your help. More

Making an appointment was super easy and they had an opening that fit my schedule. Mark and Joe were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I bough lt the car at another dealership, they still treated me very well! I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance/ repairs when needed!
