GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My check engine light came on as i was driving which led me to continue immediately to the dealership. Mark Mozdziez took care of me right away and My check engine light came on as i was driving which led me to continue immediately to the dealership. Mark Mozdziez took care of me right away and promised that although there were no available loaner cars that he would make sure that they would service my vehicle as soon as possible ( I had no appointment). They took care of the issue in addition to completing the upcoming maintenance appointment that was soon to be due. It was painless and I am typically an anxious customer Mark did a great job of under promising and over producing in addition to him clearly explaining what my service required. 2011 Mini Cooper S - Transmission problem solved! We had to get our mini cooper towed into the dealer. the Automatic Transmission was shifting hard or not shifting gears sometimes. A/C problem immediately found and all repairs done Came in with wet carpets in front compartments, reason was an A/C draining problem and we needed to replace the whole carpet! Very happy with my 60K maintenance I took my car on for scheduled maintenance and to look over a few issues. I had concerns about how much it could cost me.
