replaced Flywheel and Clutch I had to replace my flywheel and clutch on my 2009 cooperS, that only had 30k miles. you can imagine my surprise. I've herd many people have the same issue and shame on BMW MINI division for not putting good parts. never the less the Ramsey service department was wonderful helping me with a serious and expensive decision. Joe in service was understanding and very patient as I'm trying to decide. he and Max the service manager even told me of a service special going on. They use original mini parts, guarantee the work for two years unlimited milage, parts and labor. I had a loaner while the car was being fixed and they did it all in two days. I was very satisfied with Joe and Max, I was kept informed regularly of the progress. Thank you to Joe and Max for all your help. More

GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My check engine light came on as i was driving which led me to continue immediately to the dealership. Mark Mozdziez took care of me right away and My check engine light came on as i was driving which led me to continue immediately to the dealership. Mark Mozdziez took care of me right away and promised that although there were no available loaner cars that he would make sure that they would service my vehicle as soon as possible ( I had no appointment). They took care of the issue in addition to completing the upcoming maintenance appointment that was soon to be due. It was painless and I am typically an anxious customer Mark did a great job of under promising and over producing in addition to him clearly explaining what my service required.
