Excellent Desker Servicing I’ve had 3 Mini Cooper S coups since 2005. Currently I drove 2013. I have always had my cars serviced at this dealership - now called Mini of Ramsey. I’ve had 3 Mini Cooper S coups since 2005. Currently I drove 2013. I have always had my cars serviced at this dealership - now called Mini of Ramsey. The people who deal with your service appointment are always knowledgeable “car guys” ( male or female) They can answer all your questions. The work is good and your car is ready when promised. (Thanks to your service advisor who keeps things on schedule.) Loaners available also. More
Not such a friendly place My service advisor was Ryan P. He was fantastic... attentive, friendly, informative, etc. However, 5 or 6 other staff members walked be me multiple My service advisor was Ryan P. He was fantastic... attentive, friendly, informative, etc. However, 5 or 6 other staff members walked be me multiple times and not one of them said hello or offered a greeting of any kind. The service receptionist was on the phone most of the time and even changed the channel while I was watching the news without asking if anyone was watching. If I asked her a question, she did answer though. The coffee station was dirty and I watched staff get coffee and not one person wiped down the mess or attempted to clean it up. More

Fixing it. Nigel was having a difficult time starting after sitting for a long period. So I had tried to change the fuel filter myself. Managed to break the pa Nigel was having a difficult time starting after sitting for a long period. So I had tried to change the fuel filter myself. Managed to break the parts of the container on bottom. Had car brought to the dealership to straighten it out. They changed the container and the tank fuel pump, cleaned the injectors and system. Note on my receipt said that I did not need a HPFP to cure the hard starting. It was OK when I got it back. The next morning it took 2-3 times to get it started again.... The HPFP was replaced under the extended warranty a few years ago. Car now has 114,000 miles on it and is 11 years old. No longer covered for another one. I'm probably going to do that myself as I've spent enough money there already. More
