Disappointed Appointment was for brake inspection and faulty blinker and neither problem was addressed. They did some software upgrade and sold me on an oil chan Appointment was for brake inspection and faulty blinker and neither problem was addressed. They did some software upgrade and sold me on an oil change. After all that, two hours later, then told me it would be another 3 hours at least for replacing brakes. No estimate given on cost of brake replacement or why that would be necessary. Also told me there was NO safety issue with the brakes and no problem driving off with them. So why replace?? Car has 27k miles on it - I am a very laid back driver; I don't ride the brakes or slam on them. Inspection you did at 20k miles revealed no issues with brakes. So is a brake failure normal for a Mini under those conditions? More

Service and sales were sometimes great , other times lacking Mini of Ramsey had become very busy over the past thee years it seems, and service is always ok, it’s streamlined but I’ve had problems with them not Mini of Ramsey had become very busy over the past thee years it seems, and service is always ok, it’s streamlined but I’ve had problems with them not updating or documenting service appointments and almost with fail they call my fathers phone number who then tells them to call me . I asked them to update the contact info serveral times until I finally gave up. The techs are always nice and proficient but record keeping seems to be a problem. In general I saw an overall decline after Prestige sold the dealership. . More

Plus the hassle free loaners were gorgeous and so much fun to drive! Just this last time I dealt with Joseph Frasco and he was great to deal with. My only gripes are how expensive all the parts/service are but thats my fault for not doing more research before I bought the Mini. I can't hold that against anyone I dealt with including my sales asssociate Ruby. I've actually spent $2000 in less than one year from purchase on repairs and regular maintenance. 75% was on repairs sadly. Unfortunately, none of it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased or was conveniently $3 less than my deductible. $497 instead of $500? Really? lol. Great Staff though all around from Parts to Sales. More

Quick! I had a hidden glove box repaired, didn’t take much time at all and they even washed my car. I also picked up my plates the same day and they put them I had a hidden glove box repaired, didn’t take much time at all and they even washed my car.
