Much appreciated. I was also pleased to find that my car was washed and the interior vacuumed, especially as it was not particularly clean when I brought it in! In short, I could not have asked for a better experience. (As this service was carried out under warranty, a price rating is not applicable) More

Annual oil change and more I brought in my 2015 Mini Cooper for it's annual oil change. Needless to say I was very surprised how much a basic oil change with a multipoint check I brought in my 2015 Mini Cooper for it's annual oil change. Needless to say I was very surprised how much a basic oil change with a multipoint checkpoint costed me. Last year, while the car was still under the maintenance warranty, I was never told that my brakes needed to be replaced or that my air filters needed to be changed. Mini (previous owner) purposely waited until the maintenance period was over to hit me on my paid visit. This is more of a Mini issue than the dealership. As for the dealership, Joe Frasco, my service manager was very helpful and worked with me on the things that needed to be fixed on my car. More
