There a dealer they try to get you for everything they can The guy i spoke was awsome nice guy but all the job realy needs is a seal job on sunroof just silicone from the inside of the car but there dealer the The guy i spoke was awsome nice guy but all the job realy needs is a seal job on sunroof just silicone from the inside of the car but there dealer they dont do that they only replace and even then there not sure if it will fix the problem they looked up my carfax and tryed to tell me it could be alot more i refused to have the work done becouse like i said it only needs to be siliconed from the inside where the leak is nothing more they want to replace the intire sunroof with no garantee that wpuld b all they just wana sell u new parts becouse new parts are warrantyed so when i got my car back nothing was put back corrctly the whole rear view assembly was not even put back in the clips wer bent n broken the rubber seals around the door same and white hand prints all over the interior my car is all black with leather. Will never take it there for actual repairs other then that the people are super nice but they are salesman there to sell More

Additional service for new lease car follow up on my new lease car, added some more service on the start, after the call to schedule what was a bit more difficult as I got bounced forth a follow up on my new lease car, added some more service on the start, after the call to schedule what was a bit more difficult as I got bounced forth and back three times the service himself went very well, came in the morning, took max 15 to arrange everything including handover loaner car, git the call as promised to confirm everything is ready, pick up was max 5 minutes after my very good experience during the sales process I must say also this went very smooth and easy. So far only a very good experience with the team from MINI of RAMSEY and can only recommend them highly! More

Not what is once was I moved from Mahwah to Jersey City 8 years ago and continued to bring my Mini to Ramsey for service because of the wonderful service. Everyone at the I moved from Mahwah to Jersey City 8 years ago and continued to bring my Mini to Ramsey for service because of the wonderful service. Everyone at the service desks were knowledgeable. If something small was an issue, I would just stop in. If I didn't mind waiting, I usually could get the issue resolved the same day. I almost always worked with Nick Falvo, who was respectful, helpful, always explained everything so I understood what I was paying for. Just really can't say enough about Nick. Before him I brought my car to Angel and he was also a "get the job done" kind of guy . Last week, on my way to get my car inspected, I noticed I had an issue with one of the rear lights. I drove up to Ramsey. The sales rep I talked to, looked at the car and said it was probably a 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour job. I not only needed to make an appointment for this work but the rep had to call someone, then put me on his phone to make the appointment. REALLY? I can't help but think if I had called ahead to make an appointment, I would not have gotten an educated service rep to tell me if I needed a simple repair or something more involved. I am not sure that I want to continue driving from Jersey City for this type of service. More

Service Appointment Service done in expected time frame. Disappointed that loaner cars are not available anymore (when scheduling an appointment online). Charging 0.5 wor Service done in expected time frame. Disappointed that loaner cars are not available anymore (when scheduling an appointment online). Charging 0.5 work hours for replacing an engine filter and another half hour for a cabin filter seems excessive. Takes altogether no more than 15 min. More
