Engine Light Alert Used to go to Mini of Dutchess as it was closer to home but when I heard Max Landau was leaving I called Mini of Ramsey to schedule service. Always had great service in Ramsey from Ryan Patti. When I walked in this past Monday to see Max there I was extremely happy as Max is very familiar with our two Countrymans. Friendly, thorough, experienced, trusted. I bought my car (2017 Four door Hardtop) from Michelle Wright. What an example of an all-star Motoring Advisor. I cannot say enough about her encyclop I bought my car (2017 Four door Hardtop) from Michelle Wright. What an example of an all-star Motoring Advisor. I cannot say enough about her encyclopedic knowledge of the MINI product line and outstanding customer service. Normally, my service rep is Ryan Patti, a thorough and fantastic face for the brand. This time around, I had the pleasure of dealing with the service manager Max Landau. Max, walked through my service in a detail oriented way, that left me knowledged on every aspect of work, the time frame and costs. Love the team and love MINI. More

The car runs great, staff is polite.. BUT This is our second time using MINI of Ramsey for service. While they do a great job on the car servicing (and mainly that is the point) we did have a This is our second time using MINI of Ramsey for service. While they do a great job on the car servicing (and mainly that is the point) we did have a few odd hangups. The staff is extremely polite, which is awesome...drop off of the car for servicing is always fast and a great experience. But they seem to forget about you annoyingly once you're back for pickup. How? Well, each time we picked up our car after servicing we were told to go to a "back window".. however no one was back there on both occasions. We actually had to flag someone to help us after 20min of hanging out (even though staff members saw us there waiting). The other odd thing is that they seemed to forgot about us yet again when it came time to actually bring our car to us... a staff member actually had to call and find out what the deal was. Who knows, maybe it was just that busy.. but this happened both times. Finally, each time we got our car back is was absolutely *not cleaned* although the bill mentioned a "complimentary bubble bath". Honestly, not the end of the world, but hey...the other cars for pickup appeared clean so what happened to our car lol? Did they forget something else? While we appreciate the service work (which appears spot on and better then the other MINI dealers we went to in the past) would love to see a nice followup personally to seal the deal. And.. a clean car. More
