Labor is very Expensive - Very helpful staff Key fob got stuck and car would not start. Tow truck came and jump started, I then drove it to the dealership (Tuesday night). Got a call on Thursday to explain it needed a new start/stop switch and a new battery. Told them to go ahead - got a call short time later saying it was ready. Labor was $500 which to seems outlandishly expensive. Joe was kind enough to give me 10% off but still crazy expensive on the labor side. More
No upsell whatsoever. Very accommodating. I was shuttled to work and was offered the services that were absolutely necessary. I would definitely go back in the future. Than Very accommodating. Bill error. I had to pay more for agreed price I was given a price for repair. Having to come back the next day I was told there was a billing error and I had to pay $350 more then the $950 I was a I was given a price for repair. Dealer prices are already high and then to pay for their mistake. We both lose. If I knew up front want the total was going to be I was going to trade it in and get a used certified. They lost the sale I lost because I had to pay. Unhappy More

Disappointed Appointment was for brake inspection and faulty blinker and neither problem was addressed. They did some software upgrade and sold me on an oil chan Appointment was for brake inspection and faulty blinker and neither problem was addressed. They did some software upgrade and sold me on an oil change. After all that, two hours later, then told me it would be another 3 hours at least for replacing brakes. No estimate given on cost of brake replacement or why that would be necessary. Also told me there was NO safety issue with the brakes and no problem driving off with them. So why replace?? Car has 27k miles on it - I am a very laid back driver; I don't ride the brakes or slam on them. Inspection you did at 20k miles revealed no issues with brakes. So is a brake failure normal for a Mini under those conditions? More
