Courteous, honest dealership I have taken my '07 mini cooper to Mini of Ramsey multiple times for service work. They always manage to get me an appointment within a few days. They seem very honest and up front, and do not try and pull a fast one like many car dealerships do. They have great loaners for when you can't wait for your car, and they do a great job. The one time they didn't have enough loaners, they gave me a ride to work. I have spent a lot of time with Nick, who has always been very responsive and has expressed the utmost concern in ensuring my car is safe and working well. All of the staff I have interacted with in general have been professional and friendly. Great place! More
