Horrible Staff, and Service When buying my car I had an appointment set up at 10am, I came in a bit early at 9:30am. I was in the dealership until 2pm because they broke my hood When buying my car I had an appointment set up at 10am, I came in a bit early at 9:30am. I was in the dealership until 2pm because they broke my hood latch on the car and it took them that long to fix it. The car broke down the next day, been on the phone with them for hours everyday trying to either fix my vehicle or get a refund. A week later they decide they don’t want to fix it and give me a refund, when I call to get my refund the manager starts yelling at me over the phone when I had a normal tone with him. It has been 2 weeks and I don’t have a car or any money. This dealership has such poor staff and service More
