Service Brought my mini in for tire service. Nick let me know there was a recall on the convertible top mechanism and I was close to an oil change so added t Brought my mini in for tire service. Everything went well, liked the complimentary car wash. I was there on a Saturday morning which I knew would be a busy time and I wasn't wrong. Next time I'll try for a weekday to reduce waiting time. More

Emergency blowout I was on Rt 17 headed south when I hit a 4" pothole, blowing out the tire. It was Saturday at 1pm. Joe was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and provided me information on what my next steps will look like when I have paid off my John Cooper in the next two months. Joe, went on to take my information to give to his manager to assist me with extended warranties. I appreciate seeing the same talent there after 5 years- it goes to show the manager's dedication to keeping their employees happy. I am so happy Bob, Ryan, and Ruby are still there. They have both been with me on my "enter ride" in my Cooper journey. More

long wait, no follow up as promised I waited two hours in full and then we were told that we would get a receipt and our final paper work by email later that day. The next day I called t I waited two hours in full and then we were told that we would get a receipt and our final paper work by email later that day. The next day I called to follow up and left a message and I have still heard nothing back. I have no idea how much my repairs totaled and no one has reached out to me as promised. Also the woman at the desk told us we would be waiting 10 minutes and she didn't so much as look at us again even though it was well over an hour before anyone else even acknowledged we were sitting there. I was also not informed of everything I needed to know in order to move through the lease return smoothly. I was contacted by email, phone, mail TOO many times about leasing a new car but there was no real effort to give me information about the return. She even made me call Mini Financial to answer questions she should have known the answer to 2 times that day. I believe I was not treated with respect and as a priority because I was returning my lease and I did not intend on leasing a new car at the time. That is inappropriate and not a good lasting impression that would entice me to continue my relationship with mini. More
