Disrespectful This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the salesman SAM HALL was rude and very arrogant even laughing sarcastically I asked him what he was laughing at and he continued to so I asked to speak with his manager and you guessed it I got the machine and guess what no one has called back. Now number one rule you want a customer to come back so you treat them with respect and dignity. I sadly cannot recommend this dealership because they did not follow through with the sale and were very disrespectful to the customer. Unfortunate we were going to buy a brand new mini but definitely it will not be with this dealership. Don't buy with them More

Best Experience Ever! I hate shopping for cars! I always feel like I am being taken advantage of no matter what deal is finally made. HOWEVER, with this particular dealer I hate shopping for cars! I always feel like I am being taken advantage of no matter what deal is finally made. HOWEVER, with this particular dealership, I NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything that I did not want. The salesman went out of his way to find just what I was looking for without the extra items I did not need or want. We made two visits to the dealership before we purchased the new mini and always felt like we were being listened to. We were never encouraged to consider options that we said we did not want. The negotiation for price was satisfactory and never under any pressure to take the deal before someone else comes along. We were offered a fair price for our trade in according to the Blue Book price. The extended warranties were offered but never pushed. I can not say enough about the salesman, Bill Harada. He knew his product completely and let the car speak for itself! More

The showroom is clean and comfortable with food and beverages available to make your visit more comfortable. Our salesman Sam Hall was very helpful during the whole process but not aggressive like some sales people that you encounter he made the visit pleasant. Tina in the finance department got our finance application approved quickly with a terrific interest rate and the process of signing all the paperwork was quick and painless. The vehicle was cleaned and detailed to perfection when we picked it up. Good job by everyone involved! More
