What an enjoyable car buying experience! From the moment we walked into Mini of St Louis we felt welcomed. We met Justin and he listened to what we were interested in and gave us the informa From the moment we walked into Mini of St Louis we felt welcomed. We met Justin and he listened to what we were interested in and gave us the information we needed to decide if a Mini was for us. He offered a test drive to us and then took even more time showing us some of the features on a car in the show room (it was cold and windy that day, being out on the lot was NOT a good idea). Over the next few months, we not only utilized the on line "Build" tool to create our dream car, but stopped by the dealership several times to see what some of our choices looked like in person. We finally ordered our car in late Feb and it was delivered in early May. During the entire process everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Neil made sure our car was exactly what we wanted it to be and it was great to work with him again (he was the sales manager at another dealership 7 years ago when I bought a previous car). I would highly recommend buying a Mini and certainly buying it from Mini of St Louis. More
