Arman was extremely courteous and professional. We spoke to him before we arrived and he was there to warmly greet us when we arrived for service. He gave us a timeframe and accommodated us with a loaner ca to him before we arrived and he was there to warmly greet us when we arrived for service. He gave us a timeframe and accommodated us with a loaner car while our car was being serviced. He even accommodated us despite the fact we were flying out of state immediately after dropping off our vehicle. He text us the estimate and set up for our return to pick up the vehicle. When we got in, he again warmly greeted us and even helped us with our luggage. He informed us that he had taken the liberty of washing our car and topped off the fluids and tire pressure. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service Arman provided. I will definitely ask for him the next time I need service. More

I had a great experience at Mini of St Louis. I drove 3 hours to get my car looked at because I don't have a local dealership. They had to order a part so they gave me a car to drive while I was in town. A hours to get my car looked at because I don't have a local dealership.
