I worked closely with Sam Hall who was patient, accommodating, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable on all steps in the process of bringing me up to speed about the various options available to me in order to make my Clubman dream come true. He took me through test drives, searching for available certified pre-owned vehicles, options for building a new car, and then back to customizing and purchasing a certified pre-owned Clubman. Sam and Neil collaborated in order to make sure that the car I drove off the lot with was exactly what I had been dreaming of, and not only that but it was an incredible purchase value that they were able to offer me. Mary McDonnell was very patient and knowledgeable during the time she spent with me discussing warranty and financing options. In general I would not hesitate to recommend the Mini brand to anyone looking for a fun, funky and sporty new ride. In regards to Mini of St. Louis, I have never felt so relaxed and at ease during what very well could have been a highly stressful experience.
