Our first visit to Mini of STL was amazing. From scheduling to check-in and through pickup was the best experience we've had getting any of our vehicles serviced. The young man at check-in was polite and professional. Arman was incredible. He's listened to our concerns, explained everything to us and made excellent recommendations based on our needs. One thing we really appreciated was the video walk through of the inspection and recommendations of the technician working on our vehicles.
