I want negative stars to choose. Frustrating experience with BLAKE Justman: Gregory called and scheduled the appointment for (April 4,2026) at 1.40 PM PST. I checked in at 1.40 PM PST and waited for THREE+ hrs, service advisor BLAKE did not follow up with the checked in car. After 3hrs I stopped by BLAKE desk when he was busy on his phone with headphones THEN went and checked the service which did not even start and he either wanted me to wait for 2 more hrs or come another day. I emailed about this frustrating experience with the resource BLAKE Justman to his manger Marc Nappi on Sat, Apr 4, 5:38 PM (3 days ago), requested him to give me a call back on Monday 2 PM PST. Havent heard back from him via call as well as email till now. I sent follow up email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My entire day wasted for nothing and no one is answerable.
