I had the most unexpected pleasure purchasing a pre-owned 4runner at Mini of Tempe. Everything about the purchase was awesome. This is a first class operation with Stephanie leading a brilliant team of professionals. Louis, a former lawyer and accountant from Brazil, is an exemplary sales consultant. The other staff I met include Aaron a former mechanic also a sales consultant who really knows all aspects of the vehicle specs. Stephanie has a wonderful way of making the process a joy versus a grind with a warm personality and as one might expect loves dogs. I really can’t empathize enough how well she supports her team and Louis was our main contact in sales. Once again I have to point out how well he managed the process and made what can be a stressful process completely pleasant. I will look forward to the complimentary 30,000 miles of maintenance at this dealership. They have a very nicely appointed waiting area with large glass windows allowing complete visual access to the service bays. That is a real plus and I do like to see my car in service. They even have dog biscuits with the complimentary treats for the dog owners. Obviously I highly recommend this dealership and even my wife who HATES dealing with car dealers is completely satisfied. This was her car and first family MINI. I leave it to the reader to determine if it is the right car. I know she loves hers and it is like a carnival ride driving it while enjoying ultra nice finishes. So needless to say I recommend the dealer and count on having a fine team behind you which makes all the difference when making such a major decision. More
