Surprise! I bought a new car! On April 29, 2019 I traveled to Otto's MIni to have my 2011 Countryman serviced. After speaking to the service professional I decided to hold up on t On April 29, 2019 I traveled to Otto's MIni to have my 2011 Countryman serviced. After speaking to the service professional I decided to hold up on the service while I visited the new car showroom. I met a very nice sales rep named Pete Barcus. Pete listened to my story and was VERY understanding. I informed him of the new Mini I was interested in. He had the car brought to the showroom where he invited me to inspect it, drive it, and ask a multitude of question about the vehicle. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and helpful Never at any time did I feel pressured. The end result was me trading in my existing Minis and purchasing a new Countryman All4 S. Without Pete's guidance and knowledge I would have been utterly confused. It's employees like Pete that keeps me returning to Otto's to purchase my new vehicles. While the newest models wer tempting, we found a certified pre-owned model that hit all the right notes and saved us a good ten grand in the bargain. Buying the new (used) car from Pete was an easy no-stress experience. Pete made sure everything we wanted in the certified pre-owned Mini met our requirements, and his interest in ensuring we drove away happy exceed all our expectations. The repairs took a few hours and my husband, who took the car in and was waiting for it to be done, reported that Preston came out and offered to get him lunch. Talk about going above and beyond!
