I didn’t know Kayla. Elias is not professional and doesn’t like to be questioned. The vehicle needed new brakes and a motor mount. They lied like the vehicle passed inspection but it didn’t. He got upset because I bought the vehicle back. Sal had more patience to the situation. I feel like I was ripped off in the deal. This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from there but I will no longer do business there. They got mad and didn’t want to give me my down payment back because I didn’t want the car. They tried to offer me $700 of the $1200 that I paid down for a car I had 2 days with a brake problem and making another noise. That was not fair at all. He was supposed to be a manager but I didn’t know his name. I got the car back on the 19th and I still hear the brakes squeaking. At this point I’m over it and I feel as if I’m stuck with a car. More
