Brian, I will tell you that it took about 20 minutes to bring up my vehicle. It's a 2005 Malibu and they blamed that it was a car in a sea of trucks and SUV's. I don't buy that. I've been on that back lot many times before. If you go up and down the rows, it shouldn't take that long. They didn't have a problem finding my Corvette, yet they have trouble finding a taller car? C'mon. My Malibu had a reman engine installed by y'all 5 years ago at 175K. Now it has 220K. It's going to be around for a while. Maybe y'all can attach one of those 6' tall dune buggy poles with a flag on top, so y'all can spot my car when it's in for something. Is it too much to ask for my car to be brought up in a short period of time? Doug Spence
