I didn’t know Kayla. Elias is not professional and doesn’t like to be questioned. The vehicle needed new brakes and a motor mount. This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from there but I will no longer do business there. They got mad and didn’t want to give me my down payment back because I didn’t want the car. They tried to offer me $700 of the $1200 that I paid down for a car I had 2 days with a brake problem and making another noise. That was not fair at all. He was supposed to be a manager but I didn’t know his name. I got the car back on the 19th and I still hear the brakes squeaking. At this point I’m over it and I feel as if I’m stuck with a car. The service invoice was presented to me and I asked the service advisor to go with me to the car and identify the parts that were replaced. I challenged that one of the parts that I was charged for on the service advisor to go with me to the car and identify the parts that were replaced. I challenged that one of the parts that I was charged for on the invoice was not actually installed on the car. After investigating with the tech and parts department , it was agreed that there was a mistake made and one of the parts charged for on the invoice was infact not installed. Service advisor corrected the invoice. Customers should always review the work performed versus charges on the invoice. More
