I worked with Jason Chan (we went through the purchase agreement with him) and Horace Manuel (handled things the date of the sale because Jason was off work), both superb people who were upfront and hones agreement with him) and Horace Manuel (handled things the date of the sale because Jason was off work), both superb people who were upfront and honest with me. We had pre-approval with USAA but were able to secure a bit of a better rate with Capital One through the dealership, which extended the process a bit. We had our two boys (4 and 6) and Horace did his best to ensure they were entertained while we waited. The only part I wasn't 100% happy with was when we went through the finance person. We had to get firm that we did not want some things, and noticed it was included back on even when we said no once or twice. I did not appreciate that, but it's not fair to deduct from everyone else's performance because of them. More
