Juan is an amazing and very knowledgeable Service Consultant!! I called him about an ongoing problem that a previous shop had not fixed. Instantly he knew would the problem could be. After having my Consultant!! I called him about an ongoing problem that a previous shop had not fixed. Instantly he knew would the problem could be. After having my truck diagnosed he followed back up with me promptly to confirm the problem. Juan also informed me that I had an extended warranty that would save me some money after I had already spent way more than enough on this problem. My truck was returned back to me way faster than I could ever expected and that really made me happy. And most of all the problem that I was having that the other shop couldn't help with is gone!! Juan and Mac Haik have earned my business going forward!! More
