Wife went to dealership on Friday due to an issue she was having with a new car that is only 6 months old. The service guy was rude to her and gave her a run a round about her issue and sent her on her way a having with a new car that is only 6 months old. The service guy was rude to her and gave her a run a round about her issue and sent her on her way and told her to come back the next day. He allegedly made her an appointment at 8. The next day she show up and no appointment had been made and she got some what of a run around that day as well. She left and came home and called her salesman Jason about her horrible experience and he said he would address it. I have bought three cars from this dealership and two from the Ford dealership. I did not have time to go to the dealership, but I would not have settled for this type of treatment. She was very disappointed in the treatment she received as a woman. I am still not happy about her treatment and will eventually call the dealership and express my unhappiness with how she was treated. More

We purchased a certified preowned car for my son from this dealership. The salesperson was great and went above and beyond. However while driving the car home all of a sudden it completely shut down wit this dealership. The salesperson was great and went above and beyond. However while driving the car home all of a sudden it completely shut down with no power whatsoever in it leaving us stranded. After two hours of struggle in the dark and heat we found out that the connection to the battery was not secure so it had come off. The service department apparently didn’t check anything in the car and certified was just a label. The CARFAX report showed the battery was replaced at this service center few weeks ago and the technician obviously didn’t do it right in the first place. Then the car was inspected few weeks after to get certified and the inspector also didn’t check it. So irresponsible! The technicians at some point should realize they are dealing with people’s lives. We wanted a reliable car for my son. Had this happened in the middle of a high way there would be 10 cars crashing into each other. I don’t trust the service department and the rest of their report. Very bad experience. More

They did a great job. The staff at Mac Haik are just the best!!! We had taken it to another dealer where we live in Galveston and they said they couldn't get to the car for a few days and to bring it back. best!!! We did and then they said we would have to wait two weeks which I refused. So we drove the 90 miles to Mac Haik where we use to get service when we lived in Katy. They handled the car quickly and the problem was an odd one which they were able to handle. The other dealer had talked about replacing a bunch of equipment which didn't make any sense. Mac Haik Service department is the best. I would drive 90 miles to get service there if I didn't believe in them and Trust them. More
