I keep having to follow behind when parts have to be ordered; no one checks with parts PRIOR TO me calling and finding my parts keep getting shifted weeks if not months. I waited months on one part that ordered; no one checks with parts PRIOR TO me calling and finding my parts keep getting shifted weeks if not months. I waited months on one part that shifted 3times (Jul to Nov???) only to have it sold to someone else while I waited for my refund, which I had to keep asking about. Whenever you ask for explanations from anyone, the answer is I don't know. No one in any department communicates with service/parts in my experience unless you call them, then there is ALWAYS a change. They give you a text for updates only it is never used. Why is that?
