Technician confirms that he feels something wrong with my truck. Then tells me they can’t figure it out, that it might be my oversized tires. This isn’t first Ram I’ve had oversized tires on. It feels like a drive shaft issue, seems like the technician and advisor were to lazy to figure out the issue. My once smooth driving truck now feels terrible because they can’t figure out what the issue is. It was driving perfectly fine (with the tires that have been on it since I bought it) for 15k miles. Now all of a sudden I have a clunk feeling in my floor bored when I stop and take off. If the technician wouldn’t have confirmed the issue and then gave me the whole “nothing is wrong with it” speech I probably wouldn’t be so mad. How bout if you feel something wrong and you can’t figure it out, keep looking to you find out what the xxxx changed. I sell for another local dealership in town and I will do my best to make sure nobody uses this Ram dealership if they are looking for a new truck. Terrible service! More
