I was was driving from out of town when my wrangler threw a code. Ended up needing an oil pump. The service department at this dealership went above and beyond helping me. They were able to diagnose the p a code. Ended up needing an oil pump. The service department at this dealership went above and beyond helping me. They were able to diagnose the problem, fix it in whatever way necessary and keep me safe on my 5 hour drive home. While I waited they were concerned about me having something for lunch and even offered a car with recommendations of a local pizza place which was fantastic and very nice shopping area to pass the time. The whole department stepped up to get me on my way which would have proven to be very dangerous for a single lady traveling alone. They all made me feel like it was not an imposition when I know it most certainly was. Even washed all the bugs off so I would have a safe and very clean ride again! I am so appreciative of them and even a follow up text the next day checking to see that I made it safely home and if everything was running smoothly, which it was. Also offering if I ever needed help in the future they would be glad to if I was ever in the area again. Because of this excellent service and making the best experience out of a bad situation I will definitely give them consideration in purchasing my next jeep even if they are 5 hours away in another state. They are the shining example of excellent customer service. More
