They were informed of a timeline window and if the timeline cant be met, do NOT touch it. Zero communication for 14 days till we initiated he call, asking for a status update. Svc writer informed us the tech/s told him “in his words, put it on the back burner bc they had plenty of time” and then had issues upon disassembly the day before the set timeline. Was told on the day i picked up the loaner vehicle(wen) , my tck should be finished around lunch on fri. Fri came and went, as did the weekend with NO communication. Come this past monday, i returned the loaner vehicle at 11am and inquired to the status, which it still wasnt ready, bc the original issue was still there, so it had to be disassembled again. Got a call at 525pm that it was ready. I picked it up after the svc dept was closed, and found loose fasteners in several location a d was charged for an air filter and yet someone else’s dirty filter was installed. All of which brings into question how many other customers were charged for repairs or replacement items, but repairs weren't accomplished or svc items werent installed. More
