This place is an absolute joke! Took my truck in for warranty work. Ended up getting some preventative maintenance done . My service advisor was Michael. Come time for payment and the price increased by several hundred dollars for absolutely no reason. I paid it so I could get my truck back. I spoke with the service manager Adam and he said the amount paid was incorrect, he would adjust the invoice on Monday and call me back when a refund check was ready . It's been almost TWO MONTHS , I have now called over ten times , left voicemails, sent text messages and have had ZERO response back from Adam . Spoke with another manager Todd who promised me he was going to go make Adam call me back within 10-15 minutes and to stay near my phone. Welp , over a week since and still no contact from anyone . This place is an embarrassment to dealerships and will screw you over. Bought three vehicles from here but I guess the days of customer loyalty are long gone. Stay away from here and save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with crooks! More
