Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Temple

Left my jeep from Dec 16 to the 26th for battery replacement, oil change, tires balanced and rotated. Plus two warranty issues. I reminded my contact twice that I was waiting to hear from a manager. I still have not received that call. Very bad experience. The person who was to take care of my vehicle was not there to take care of my appointment. About 15 min later another person took care of me. When my original service person showed up and never asked if there to take care of my appointment. About 15 min later another person took care of me. When my original service person showed up and never asked if all was okay or anything BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO CHECK ME OUT HE SURE WAS THERE WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CASH OUT! That’s a service manager that doesn’t care.this maintenance was done AFTER I came back from having an exhaust manifold replaced. My wiper was leaking and he said it probably crack during the last freeze SERIOUSLY!! I’m not that dumb. More
