Normally get good service here but this time two things happened. First we had an oil change and they did not attach the splash guard on well and had to bring it back dragging. Not a huge deal but me and my wife are disabled and it is very difficult to remove those stickers. More

Just like we complain about bogus fees on our Cable bill I found the following BS fees on my recent auto bill. $5.75 for an oil filter disposal. Not sure why it is called quick lane. Took 2 hours and 15 minutes for vehicle to be serviced. In my experience at other places it takes about 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Only c minutes for vehicle to be serviced. Restored my truck in Ford service. Even though they couldn’t reproduce my issue. They at least pulled the cover and saw the damage and fixed my issue.
