The dealership was never able to correctly diagnose my pick up with the ongoing issues that I have been having since day one when I bought the vehicle. After taking it in several times throughout the tenure of owning this truck they would always tell me that they couldn’t find anything wrong it. The issues were the screen going blank at times, the ac would stop working while driving making it very hot in the vehicle. And a popping sound coming from the back of the truck underneath the bed. I finally had enough of it when the hood popped open on its own while I was on the toll road going 75 mph. So I traded it in, and will never buy another Ford vehicle again in my life time. I have always been a Ford owner until now. Ford has lost me as a customer forever. More
I scheduled online for the next morning at the Quick Lane service for an oil change and general checkup. Everything went as planned and they got me in and out in about 90 minutes. I also needed to replace a broken side window (they don't do glass work) so they recommended a nearby glass outfit (family owned, very friendly people).
