The salesman rode with my wife and I and directed us on the route to take. The fastest we went was probably about 50 mph on the service road for about .5 miles. Everything seemed fine. A couple days after the purchase, I was on the toll road and discovered some wheel vibration. I took it back to have them balance the wheels or something. The guy in the service dept took a look at the tires and said the front tires show some cupping. He said it's typical with the F450 because of the weight, so you have to stay on top of the tire rotations. It was clear that the previous owner did not. The used car manager/director refused to do anything to satisfy me. He told me that I test drove the truck and bought it. He said the tires are safe and passed inspection. I told him I did not pay $92,000 for a safe vehicle. I also expect it to look good and feel good. He offerd no solution! He should've replaced the 2 front tires! I went to the new car building because that's where the finance team is officed. I was so disappointed that I wanted to get out of the deal. I was told I couldn't because it was not a "blue level" deal. The new car manager suggested rotating the front tires to the rear, but they do not have the equipment to accommodate my size tires. When tire work is required on a F450, they outsource it to Youngblood Tires. The new car manager had me call Youngblood to get a quote for the work and gave me a gift card to cover it. The used car manager should have been the one to resolve this issue! I had the tires rotated and balanced and it's better, but there's still some vibration. This is my second Mac Haik vehicle. In 2021, I bought a 2020 F350 with 9K miles. I traded that in to buy this vehicle. There are several Ford dealerships around me. Because of this last experience, when I'm in the market for a vehicle again, this is one dealership that will NOT be getting my hard earned money! More

Service department is horrible, didn’t compete all issues when brought the vehicle in, they had to send someone out to do one of the recalls and still have not fixed my hood.
