Usually, the service is great. However, this time they didn't even look at the battery which was corroded. My battery was dead 3 days later. Not safe for anyone to be stranded w However, this time they didn't even look at the battery which was corroded. My battery was dead 3 days later. Not safe for anyone to be stranded with a dead battery, Also, service took 3 hours versus the quoted 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to get an update that it would take longer than anticipated, I might have chosen to come back another time. I called to talk to the manager and I felt he made excuses. He should have offered my next service for free, More
