It was an odd experience when I arrogate the service department. Usually you pull up and an advisor greets you. Instead the service area for regular maintenance service was no better than going to a Jif department. Usually you pull up and an advisor greets you. Instead the service area for regular maintenance service was no better than going to a Jiffy Lube. When I arrived I didn’t feel welcomed. It was off putting. I almost left but decided to stay. Overall the service received was good but nothing special. I had to insist on the service plan I purchased at great expense from the manufacturer. I am glad I brought the documentation with me as proof. My other suggestion is that the advisors make their customer calls in a more private area. Hearing an advisor tell a customer on the phone that he made a $1000 mistake on a repair quote was a bit strange. It’s not a huge confidence builder in how they deal with customers. While it didn’t affect me, it was a strange thing to hear. Like I said the experience was surreal. As far as I can tell they did a good job but I did have to fix the air pressures in 3 of my 4 tires on my way home. They were all even pressure prior to my arrival and after they rotated them the air was unbalanced. Would I return? Yes, but my expectations are set lower and now I know what to expect. Do they give the Lincoln experience that Lincoln promotes and promises..unfortunately no. More

I was greeted promptly upon my arrival at the Quick Lube. My 2017 Lincoln was washed & waiting for me to pick up after receiving a phone call that the work was completed. Mac Haik Ford took care of us and our car. They diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a know defect and fixed it at no charge to us and they kept us informed about it all along the way.
